‘Today I lost the love of my life‘: Annabelle‘s boyfriend posts heartbreaking tribute

Annabelle‘s boyfriend Jordan Brohier, who had refused to leave her bedside for three days, posted an emotional tribute to Annabelle on social media:

‘Today I lost the love of my life Annabelle. I‘ve never met such a kind, gentle soul and this world is at such a loss without this beautiful angel.

The 3 years I knew her were the best years of my life. I‘m so thankful for every second I got to spend with my baby.

I just keep hoping that I‘ll wake up from this terrible nightmare and see her gorgeous eyes looking back at me.

She was the most amazing girl I‘ve ever met, loved by everyone that came in with her.

Even though I would of loved to have spent the rest of my life with her, I am happy that she is pain free and smiling down on all those who were lucky enough to have her in their lives.

The past 48 hours have been the most painful thing I‘ve ever been through, I‘m shattered without my baby and I‘m dreading the pain to come of not being able hold her in my arms, tell her I love her and hear her saying those words back to me.

I love you with all my heart bubba, I‘m gonna miss you so much and I‘m feel so shattered that I won‘t be able to spend the rest of my life laughing with you, having fun with you and making you smile.

From the day I met you I knew you were gonna be someone special in my life, an angel sent down to bless everyone around you. You were the best thing that has ever happened to me baby.

I promise that somewhere, we will be together again, I will find you and we will live a happy long life together. I love you now and always baby, My heart will always belong to you ❤️

I know that the lord and her amazing parents will take care of my girl in heaven and I wish all the best to all of their family. They are all amazing people. My prayers are with darling jess and I hope she can pull through

Please everyone, be careful when you are on the roads. You may not think it but a car is a deadly weapon if your mind isn‘t 100% concentrating on what you are doing.

Be mindful of what you are doing when behind the wheel and constantly be aware of others around you too.‘

‘Annabelle worked at a centre in Lilyfield and some of her work colleagues came in here to see her yesterday,‘ she said.

‘She worked with young babies and she was very nurturing. She was very caring and she just loved children… she is such a kind girl.‘

Her sister, an actress best known for her role on Home and Away, underwent surgery on internal injuries at St George Hospital on Thursday. She remains in a coma in ICU.

The day after the crash Annabelle‘s boyfriend Jordan took to social media to share a loving photo of them together and to ask friends to ‘pray for my baby and her sister‘.

A close friend of Annabelle‘s told Daily Mail Australia her boyfriend had been by her hospital bedside since the crash.

‘He is a mess. He hasn’t left her bedside,‘ the friend said.

After getting her start on Home and Away and with a movie release just around the corner, 2018 was due to be Jessica‘s break out year.

‘Next year is going to be her big break, so we‘re all excited for her because we just wanted her new movie Harmony movie to come out,‘ the family member said.

It comes as Daily Mail Australia revealed the family-of-four had sent a family portrait of themselves to loved ones on Christmas Day, less than 24 hours before the crash.

A devastated relative of the family revealed she received a text message from Vivian on Christmas Day and said the Falkholts were in good spirits.

Alongside the text messages the family-of-four sent a photo of them smiling happily arm-in-arm in front of grape vines – unaware it would be their last together.

A devastated relative of the family revealed she received a text message from Vivian on Christmas Day and said the Falkholts were in good spirits.

‘Vivian texted me saying: “We‘re having a great day, hope you are too”,‘ their relative said.

‘I replied saying, “When are you guys coming back?” and she said they were coming back tomorrow (Boxing Day).‘

Jessica – known for playing ‘Hope Morrison‘ on Home and Away – underwent surgery at St George Hospital on Thursday and is currently in a stable condition, but remains in a coma.

‘Jessica just came out of a major operation and that went well,‘ the relative said.

‘The quick update is the op went better than expected. They were doing work on her arm and internal injuries, they were the main parts.‘

The drug addict who died in the triple-fatal car accident has been described as ‘the best father‘ and a ‘hero‘ by his devastated family.

Mr Whitall was a known drug user and had been jailed for driving offences.

‘He was an awesome father, the best. I couldn‘t ask for anything more of him,‘ his son Shane told Seven News.

‘He did what he could and that‘s all you can ask of anyone. He was my hero in my eyes, he was my idol.‘

According to The Daily Telegraph he was previously jailed for driving disqualified and had a history of drug use.

Mr Whitall was reportedly driving home from a methadone clinic at the time of the tragic accident.

Another family member described the reaction to the fatal crash as ‘very hurtful‘ and said Mr Whitall liked his privacy.

‘It‘s very hurtful for me to think they‘re talking about Craig like that, he was very private and didn‘t like people talking about him,‘ the woman said.

‘He‘s got grand-kids that are listening to it.‘

Witnesses told police they saw Mr Whitall‘s white Toyota Prado cross the centre line of the road twice before it crashed head-on into the Falkholt‘s Mazda.

Mr Whitall had been charged with more than 60 offences by police before his death.

The coronial investigation into the crash will focus on whether Mr Whitall was under the influence of drugs during the crash.

Mr Whitall‘s family also released a statement saying that their ‘hearts were broken‘ after his death.
