Clad in a grey sports bra and purple briefs, the former reality star revealed she ‘nearly threw up‘ after working up a sweat in a grueling bootcamp session.
Fresh out of the shower, the radio presenter was keen to show off her svelte physique to her 39k followers.
She captioned the shot: ‘Thanks for an awesome yet horrific workout earlier on . I nearly threw up and walked into door on my way out. Showered and off to bed. Night night x‘
Fans were quick to commend the former Love Island star for her trim frame describing her figure as ‘unbelievable‘.
One went on to ask how she maintained her lean figure.
Kate revealed her dog Baxter was the reason behind her incredible body transformation, as she told the fan she walks her beloved pooch seven days a week.
She said: ‘I do at least 10km walking including commuting a day. It’s the best fat burner.
‘Even if you don’t have a dog! Get up, do a 30-60 min power walk on the street or park.
‘Do it at lunch? Or after work. I also try my best to eat healthy during the week.
‘No desserts unless it’s the weekend and a Barry’s Bootcamp class every other week at the moment.
‘Next year I’m going to start boxing training again as it really is the quickest way to get shredded! Xxx‘
The blonde beauty is a self confessed animal lover and often shares photos of her six-year-old pooch on her Instagram page.
Kate‘s career has gone from strength to strength after being crowned winner of Big Brother 15 years ago.
She dipped her toes back into reality TV in 2006, starring in Love Island.
She then went on to establish herself as a Radio DJ on Capital FM and chat show co-host on Channel 4 breakfast TV show Rise.
